For Health Professionals

Supporting māmā and whānau experiencing perinatal distress is deeply meaningful work, yet we recognise the very real pressures you face in doing so, limited time, increasing complexity, stretched resources, and the emotional load of holding families through vulnerable moments. Despite these constraints, you continue to show compassion, clinical skill, and commitment to the wellbeing of parents and pēpi across Aotearoa. We see the challenges you navigate every day, and we honour the care you provide, often in circumstances that ask more of you than the system is resourced to give. Your role is vital, and your efforts make a profound difference for the whānau you support.
